How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders to the peninsula take between 1 and 5 business days.
Orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and Portugal take between 5 and 10 days.
Which companies are used for shipping?
Currently, I ship with CTT Express to the peninsula and Portugal, and with certified mail to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
What sizes are the garments?
They are usually one-size-fits-all. For guidance, you can find the measurements of each garment in the product description.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most garments are limited edition, but sometimes they can be restocked.

Most likely you entered your email address incorrectly (it's more common than it seems).
Write to me at atc@inboundlogística.com, I will modify it and resend the confirmation to you.
I also advise you to check your spam folder carefully in case it ended up there.

How is payment made?
Payment is completely secure and can currently be made with Bizzum, Bank Card, PayPal, or you also have the option to pay in three interest-free installments with Klarna.

Can an order be canceled?
In case of cancellation, a management fee of 2.95 will be applied and automatically deducted from the refund.
This amount corresponds to the commissions of the payment gateways and the administrative costs incurred by processing the order.
If the order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
